If you want to study something a little different the University of Sunderland has the ideal opportunity for you to think about your options.
The Combined Subjects open day takes place at the university’s Gateway on Chester Road this Wednesday (November 29) from 1pm to 4pm. Subjects on offer include everything from American Studies, to Business and Management to Law – many subjects can be combined together to create a degree which is in keeping with your interests or career goals.
The university’s most popular combinations are Psychology and Criminology, Business and PR, English and Media, History and Politics. Learning two subjects in one degree expands your career prospects and broadens your knowledge.
As well as meeting academics from various disciplines students will be able to find out more about finance, careers and the various ways of studying for a degree at the University of Sunderland. The opened day takes place on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Gateway, a £3.5m one-stop-shop for students, which has all of the university’s services under one roof.
